PayPal The Internet Bully

PayPal I have heard some real horror stories about PayPal and their money-handling services, and I have come to the conclusion that they are an awful company. They have extended their services all over the internet, and are ripping people off left and right. It's despicable, and there is no excuse for it! On the other hand, I guess that's what people get for trusting their money so willingly online....
