The Diet For Naive Fatties

Some people will do anything it takes to be thin and recently, the Master Cleanse Diet is all the rage for those who want to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time. The problem with this diet is, it's not new by any means. The creators slapped a half-assed patent on it and started selling the rights to their book all over again to reel in new potential fatties. Basically, you consume nothing but a lemon juice concoction several times a day over an extended period of time. This makes you shit like a goose which means water weight loss and solid waste reduction within your body. It also means your muscles will deplete, you won't have energy to make it through a workout, you'll feel exhausted and drained after being up for only a few hours, plus there's always the chance of fainting.

This is a diet designed for incredibly desperate and naive people who care little about their nutrition and health. They'll put their entire bodily system at risk just to lose a few pounds and fit into a smaller jeans size. It's pathetic. I've been overweight before and lost my weight the traditional way so I know the temptations of this diet. People are more apt to believe former fat chicks because they've been there, done that. The Master Cleanse Diet is liquid idiocy. It will take you from obese to goal weight but it takes a serious toll on your body; problems likely to leave your health lacking throughout the rest of your life. Plus, the weight always returns after you begin to incorporate solid food again.

The basics after you're finished with what weight you want to lose, if you've made it to that point without a direct trip to the ER, is you'll begin with solid foods again; but similar in ways to which a baby would eat. You'll have to acclimate your body to real food again which can result in stomach tears, vomiting, severe diarrhea, or chronic nausea. It promises to detox your body of things you've been dependent on but someone's body needs far more than the Master Cleanse is willing to let you have. It's simply not worth it!

The Master Cleanse Diet isn't a guarantee and that's what ignorant individuals don't seem to understand. It's a sure way to an eating disorder if you're not already suffering from one and your body will sag everywhere from lack of nutrients and muscular solidity. I urge you to examine the cold facts before you begin this diet from hell. It's a quick solution to a problem that needs a permanent resolve. I understand you may be at rope's end but there really are other ways and stupidity through harmful diet experimentation isn't the way to go.
