Burn and Sexually Assaulted Victim Dies

8th B-day Burned

An eight year old boy suffered mind blowing violence in Texas, as he was tied to a tree in the woods and had gasoline doused all over him and set him on fire all on his 8th birthday.

Robbie Middleton had over 90% of his body burned and screamed for months due the intense pain. Police arrested the than 13 year old neighbor, Don Willburn Collins for this crime however police claim that there was not enough evidence to prosecute the boy...WTF? The second Robbie woke up he told the sheriff it was "DON".

Robbie passed away last month from cancer that only occurs to burn victims. As you can imagine the family of Robbie wants justice, and they deserve it. What I do not understand is how could the police say their was not enough evidence when Robbie testified that the Don Willburn Collins is the person that tied him up and doused him with gasoline and lit the him on fire. What more evidence does someone need? Robbie even testified that Don Willburn Collins raped him just before this mind blowing violence occured . Keep in mind Robbie did not pass away until years later, there was plenty of time to get witness statements etc from Robbie, so whey than did police do nothing?

BTW Don Willburn Collins is now in jail for not registering as a sex offender, Yep this person was convicted years later for sexually assaulting his 8 year old cousin, keep in mind Robbie was 8 as well when this monster raped him.
