Phylicia Barnes

Is Sister to Blame

There was a grim discovery yesterday April 22, in Maryland. Two bodies both African American were found floating in the Susquehanna river. Both bodies were found without clothing and only about 3 miles apart.

One of the bodies was that of 16 year old high honor student Phylicia Barnes. Her body surfaced at 7am and was identified by dental records by the medical examiner late Thursday night. The bodies seem to have the same amount of decomposition so one could conclude that the bodies must be related.

How does a 16 year old girl go to visit her sister in another state and simply vanish? What gets me is that the older sister let her 16 year old sister drink alcohol and smoke weed. The older sister had about 20 different men going in and out of her apartment while her little sister was visiting and did not report her sister missing until the next day.

I think the sister is to blame and knows more than what she is telling authorities, why else would she not report her little sister missing?

The other body that was revered was that of a 6'4" 240 lb man, I am certain once identified this man will be able to be tied to her sister in some way. I only hope now that the parents of Phylicia Barnes has been found that they can have some closure.

If you have any info please call the Baltimore Police Department at 443-984-7385

Rebelle said: Okay, let's clear some things up. Phylicia's sister DID NOT have anything to do with Phylicia's disappearance and/or murder. Phylicia was NOT allowed to smoke and drink while with her sister. Her sister got home a little after 6 p.m., and she reported Phylicia missing IMMEDIATELY. And there were NOT 20 different men in and out of the apartment. That list goes back to July 2010, at the time of the move in date, when the father instructed her to keep a list of anyone entering and exiting the apartment. There were men, women, children, and teenagers on that list, family and friends on three different people living in the apartment. So a list of 20 people for THREE people living in an apartment from July to December is NOT bad. Please check your facts, and get your information straight before you put lies out there. The family is going through enough already! Oh, and by the way, the man that was found with Phylicia is NOT tied to the case in any way.

TK replied to Rebelle : I believe what Mrs. Sallis Mustafa said on Nancy Grace! Anyway you slice this pie, since I grew up in the hood, Deena did a horrible job watching out for her "naive" sister and she has to live this the rest of her life! I heard her interview and it sounds very bad as a mother! I bet dad is having a hard time with that knwoledge as well......
