Phylicia Barnes There was a grim discovery yesterday April 22, in Maryland. Two bodies both African American were found floating in the Susquehanna river. Both bodies were found without clothing and only about 3 miles apart. One of the bodies was that of 16 year old high honor student Phylicia Barnes. Her body surfaced at 7am and was identified by dental records by the medical examiner late Thursday night. ...

Phyilcia Barnes, missing since December of 2011, was a 16 year old high honor student from North Carolina. She went missing visiting her half sister in Baltimore. Her body was recovered on April 21, 2011.
