Unfair Suspension at University
I am a student at this college with an overall gud attendance and GPA 2.9. I have never been in any kind of trouble. I recently got in a argument with another student in the lobby. Administrators got involved and took us both and talked with us on this issues. I had witnesses to verify what happen. We were sent home for the day and the next day had a meeting on the issue. I told my part of the incident. The next day, I got a letter of suspension until Oct. Now, I will be don with school in two weeks and start my extern in July. I cant get in touch with anyone on this issue. I feel its unfair for the school to do this. When I'm to the end and they will want to take this away from me. Can someone help me with this issue.

Zelda said: Agree that university accountability is a two way street.
There must be some way a school is accountable
for the treatment of students who are paying and making great sacrifices to get an education. To pay, be judged, and have no rights is NOT the American way. I too would like to know what legal recourse there is.
