Conrad Murray Attorney Worried about Nancy Grace Effect

The defense attorney of Conrad Murray has requested that the jury be sequestered from media boob Nancy Grace. Honestly I am not surprised what-so-ever after watching her horrendous coverage of the Casey Anthony case where Grace clearly convicted Casey Anthony before the trial even begun.

Michael Flanagan the attorney defending Conrad Murray who is currently charged with causing the death of Michael Jackson asked the judge to sequester the jurors, the judge disagreed. Flanagan NEVER argued about the rights of his client to a fair trial due to the media frenzy, yet he did argue that Murray's 6th Amendment rights were in jeopardy by one single news media personality: NANCY GRACE, and even asked the judge to not allow Grace inside the court room.

Nancy Grace was a Georgia prosecutor who got her television start on Court TV and now has her own show on HLN. She is ill mannered, angry and jaded who assumes everyone is guilty, and has no problem changing a story to meet her own needs. During her days as a prosecutor she was cited many times for failing to meet basic ethical standards.

Anyone who had the opportunity to watch her persistent coverage of the Casey Anthony trial observed something new to the news media; a mainstream news commentator with their very own platform with a campaign to convict a defendant. Grace even continued to harass Casey Anthony after the ‘Not Guilty' verdict was read, but she did not stop there....her on-air non-stop abuse turned to the 12 innocent jurors that decided the verdict.
