Justin Bieber has become a household name to many little girls around the country; but honestly, my only question is Why? He's a teenage boy of average attractiveness with a silly trademarked haircut.

He sounds like every kid who's ever tried to sing and can't but he has a band of faithful followers. I heard at one point that it was because he put on a great show but I can't see paying almost 100 dollars a ticket to see the everyday teenager lip-syncing to songs about "love"; of which he probably knows next to nothing about.

I don't think he's as annoying as his fans are though. The "Beliebers." Clever name for an overrated group of whining pubescent girls that have made this boy rich with their devotion. What goes through their minds exactly? "He's going to marry me!" "He's going to see me among all these thousands of other girls and fall completely in love!" Come on.

Parents who encourage their little girl's addiction to Justin Bieber should be burned at the stake or at least have their parenting licenses completely revoked.

I'm sure Justin Bieber MIGHT be a good kid but this publicity will ruin him at such a young age, if it hasn't already. What can you give the boy who has everything at his fingertips? Nothing. A new life, maybe, when he's so burnt out that no one will remember his name in a few years. He's just the modern trend; the newer obsession. I will say that I'm happy that he got rid of his hair; all buzzed off. A sign of rebellion? Watch out, teenage girls. He'll soon be as crack addicted and promiscuous (probably not with you) as any other has-been from years before.
