Jet Blue

Bad Notifications

Last week i was flying across the country. A trip i had planed for a long long time, i had my trip details in TripItPro as well as Flight Status notifications at JetBlues website. My flight got delayed for 5 Hours. I never heard from jet Blue, Tripit informed me right away. Look i am not advertising from tripit, they have their flaws as well, but i never got a message from jetblue, not a single Text or email. Without Tripit i would have been stuck in the airport for hours.
