I firmly believe that at first glance the TBI took the brothers story at face value, but with no evidence to prove his claim the suspicion turns back to Clint Bobo the brother of the missing twenty-year-old nursing student.
Kevin Bormly who is the Bobo family spokesperson seems to be dodging questions when asked if any family members took a polygraph and more specifically caught off guard when asked if Clint did. When asked about Clint taking a poly he responded "Has the investigators said anything about that?". When pressed further he claims he does not know anything about Clint taking a poly and certainly not about him 'passing' a poly. He had the deer in headlights look when he found out that Clint told his famous country music star cousin that he took a test and passed. His expression says it all; he too has doubts about Clint's story, as he should.
Ahh the lie detector test, so often we have seen the person in question claim they took the test and passed, when if fact they either did not take a test at all or they took the test and were not even told the results or even worse took the test and failed but claim it was due to lack of sleep or some other concocted reason.
Ok so here it is:
The BROTHER does not call 911 right away.
The BROTHER changes his story.
The BROTHER says he see Holly being abducted but does not try to help her.
Blood is found in the garage of their home.
No one unusual has been reported in the area.
The criminal must know the area well to navigate threw the rough terrain.
The criminal is someone that knows Holly's schedule.
The BROTHER Lies about taking a polygraph test.
The BROTHER lies about being cleared by police.
The BROTHER is the last one to see his sister alive.
The TBI will not release the 911 tapes
The TBI will not release how long it took for the BROTHER to report the abduction
The police will not release the DNA results
The TBI says that no one has been cleared that is 'Close to Holly'.
I hate to day it but it really is looking like the BROTHER has done it, but Why? What is his motive?
Holly Bobo has long blond hair she is 5 foot 3 inches and weighs 110 pounds, she had a pink shirt on the day she went missing and there is a $80,000 reward.
Anyone with any information on the abduction is asked to call the Decatur County Sheriff's Office at (731) 852-3703 or 1-800-TBI-FIND.
Psychic Update
I am adding this as a Psychic and have no proof of its correctness until the case is solved...

Plus, her remains have not been found. Whoever this man is, he obviously wanted to TAKE her. I mean if it were hunting season and her brother were a hunter, her brother was most likely tired from waking up early and slightly delirious. No one thinks someone is going to be kidnapped at 7:30 AM. I think the small pool of blood is probably from an animal or it is supposed to make the family think he'd killed her afterwards. He wants the family to give up the search. Nonetheless, I think the abductor knew or had been stalking Holly.

wonderer said: I believe that from a Law Enforcement perspective, the brother has to be a strong suspect. I believe that most of the evidence in the case will be found near the home she disappeared from. We can certainly find a precedent for this case..ie: Casey Anthony. It took "how long" for the body of little Caylee to be found less than a mile from HER home? WHO changed THEIR story several times? WHO saw Caylee last?
User18486 said: There is a good chance the brother did it, hhis story does change and why did he not help his sister. If he is a drug user, maybe she refused to help fund his habit, or some other siblig issue. I say this as a retired law enforcement officer. He may be looking for her but that does not mean he wants to find her and of course is not looking in the right place. For the familys sake I hope he did not do this and whomever suggested bringing in cadaver dogs again with a massive area sweep from the house has the right idea. However there are many areas she may have been buried and never found in the local area. But it is worth a try. She deserves that. I hope a DNA test was done on the blood in the garage and also checked for signs of the brothers blood and the clothes he was wearing were checked also. I dont think he was innocent in this, at least played a part in her disappearence, he may have set her up.

Bubbasez said: Why hasn't the brother been arrested yet? His story is BS, and unbelievable. And the LE probably knows that to be true, but lack evidence. On the other hand Holly's body I would bet is not very far from the house.
FindHerNow said: If an accomplice was involved, an arrest would have been made by now based on phone records.
Let's get a cadaver dog to sweep that house from attic to grounds, now.
User18378 replied to FindHerNow : they should do that
K9TN said: This story is nowhere even near truth nor is it correct in many aspects. If you only rely on what is available in media to make your post then don't post at all. You point your finger at her brother who has been looking for her everyday for a year now. (Trust me, Been There!). Before you post some nonsense why not make a legitimate attempt to find true and correct information, which I highly doubt you will find online. The truth is this. Holly has been missing way too long. The family and friends are out there looking everyday and using every resource they can, and uneducated persons who watch way too much mainstream media are pointing fingers instead of trying to lay a hand in to help.

Bubbasez replied to K9TN : Ah yes, the truth! The truth is usually closer than most people think, but difficult to notice like finding a single tree in the forest of green. All one has to ask is: Who was the last person to see Holly alive, and what are the clues that are hiding in plain sight?
globug said: Holly and her family have been on my mind since the first day she went missing. I can't imagine something like that happening to my daughter. Our prayers go out to you all.I do think her brother had something to do with it.I'm sorry, thats what I honestly feel.
Lacey G. replied to globug : I know what you feel
And I pray every night to the good lord that we might find her safe and alive
