We all follow the story of Shooting Trayvon Martin and this second degree murder. Even though there is so much noise around it, most of it created by media, just to create interesting story. Zimmerman should not have killed Trayvon, but he might not be as guilty, let's take a look.Let's start from the beginning. Zimmerman was volunteering to do a community watch. How many of you do that? Most of you just watch crimes on TV and then tell your friend how terrible it was. Zimmerman was actually doing something; he had 46 event reports to the police from 2004 till shooting. What does it show? It shows that Zimmerman cares! He cares that his neighborhood is clean and safe. His Initial call to the police: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Trayvon_Martin_Shooting_Call1.ogg shows what most people should do regardless of their color, background or hoody on, but well get back to this later. Now let's look at allegations that paint Zimmerman as racist. Come on! He is Hispanic. He's family probably too, and if you know something about cultures is that, they never discriminate about anyone, because they know what it is like to be different. The only people who decimate are scared, closed mined people, who are basing their opinion about other nations by what they see on TV. He grew up with Hispanic friends and family, emerged in Hispanic culture. He knows what it's like to be different. Now, the whole hoodie movement, but it's so not relevant to the case. Almost anyone seeing another person wearing a hoodie would think, this guy is a sportsman, hiding from rain, hiding something or just like hoodies. It doesn't matter who wears them, black, white, Hispanic or any other person. You tell me, if you see someone at night acting little suspicious and wearing a hoodie, would you think of something. It would not matter who is under the hoodie. Especially if you are doing community watch, it doesn't hurt to be little suspicious. In conclusion, all this fuss about Zimmerman being such a bad guy killing Trayvon. But what about all those death threats, that Zimmerman received. What about New Black Panther Party offering reward of $10,000 for his "capture" like he was running away. Do you know what it shows; it shows that those people are no better. How come they don't get arrested for threating to kill another person? How come they act like the person they hate? Zimmerman did commit a crime, but he did it while doing something good for the people and his neighborhood. A lot of people just talk the talk, but he actually walked the walk. Was it right that he killed Trayvon, of course not, maybe wrestling him and trying to still time until the police came would be much better. Killing another person is a crime, and the killer should pay for another persons life. Killing is never an answer. No matter how you look at it, another person was killed and killer has to pay for it one way or another, but it doesn't automatically makes him guilty. He maybe be guilty of killing, but innocent in his actions.
