Casey Anthony Found not guilty

Today in the Casey Anthony case the judge announced that the prosecution would be done with their case sometime tomorrow, that is just 17 days since the case began. This has caused a wave of panic among top news and legal analysts across the country. Many experts are concerned that the state did not prove their case and are asking many questions.

Experts are wondering why the following pieces of evidence was not presented to the jury:

1.Did Lee Anthony molest his sister Casey
2.The Gatorade bottle found near the bottle with the syringe filled with chloroform
3.The discussions about giving Caylee up for adoption to her best friend Kiomarie Cruz.
4.The cell phone pings showing what Casey was up to on June 16
5.The fact that when Casey was a kid she and her friends would bury their dead pets in the very same place Caylee was found and attach a heart shaped sticker.
6.The HUGE fight between Casey and Cindy on June 16
7.The tattoo that Casey got "The beautiful Life", after Caylee went missing/died
8.Her diary with the poem about about everyone lies and everyone dies etc.

Casey Marie Anthony has been found not guilty of murdering her two-year-old daughter Caylee Marie Anthony; the stunning verdict was handed down on July 5 after 11 hours of deliberation. Casey Anthony was also acquitted of manslaughter and aggravated abuse of a child. She was however found guilty of providing false information to a law enforcement officer.

I am in a complete state of disbelief regarding the behavior of the media mainly on the CNN network specifically HLN. The talking heads like Nancy Grace, Vinnie Politan, BETHANY MARSHALL, CASEY JORDAN and Jane Velez Mitchell etc etc. are either completely dumb or watching a different trial because Jose Baez ripped apart every bit of evidence that the prosecution put forth. From the fake heart shaped sticker that we had been hearing about for the past three years WHICH DID NOT EXIST. Yes that is right the picture the media shoved down our throats was fake, the prosecution put that sticker there, it did not exist. The chloroform searches remember those? The 84 searches turned out to be 1 search that lasted for 3 minutes just after Casey Antony left her boyfriends MySpace page and saw the famous "Knock her out with chloroform" picture. I cannot believe how completely false and wrong and pro prosecution the commenters have been regarding this case.

The standard of proof was on the prosecution's back, from the shovel to the smell in the car the defense impeached every bit of so called evidence, we still do not know how Caylee died, how the body was transferred, the prosecution never told us these things. And NO I was not looking for a CSI moment but just because Casey Anthony acted inappropriately after her daughter's death does not make her a killer.

The search for chloroform was bogus, the media painted Casey Anthony as a liar, and a party girl but what separates the United States from the rest of the world is that you must have evidence to convict someone and not simply MOB mentality to convict someone. The prosecution did not prove their case it is plain and simple, so all you nuts who are angry and no longer have faith in our judicial system and to Nancy Grace specifically who last night on her show called the jurors on this case idiots, GO TO HELL. I am totally horrified that Nancy Grace disparaged the jurors after they put their lives on hold for 30 days and did their civil duty, listened to the evidence and set an innocent woman free.
